Project Goal: To strategically refine lead generation for The GREEN Program (TGP), focusing on attracting high-quality applicants and enhancing conversion efficiency.
The Challenge (Before Our Engagement):
Ineffective Paid Ads: TGP was heavily reliant on TikTok ads, which, despite low Cost Per Click and high traffic, translated to poor conversion. Overall, nearly 50,000 visitors yielded only 19 email sign-ups (0.0004% conversion), 2 applications, and zero enrollments.
Disconnected Content: Content posting was consistent but not aligned with specific organizational goals. Social media primarily focused on lifestyle content, program details were rarely shared, and article publishing was inconsistent.
Inconsistent Email Nurturing: While efforts were made to collect email sign-ups via website pop-ups and a landing page, follow-up email campaigns were highly inconsistent.
Our Holistic Approach (What We Did):
We implemented a strategic shift towards goal- and travel-focused content, ensuring emails became a prominent part of the overall marketing strategy.
New tactics included testing Instagram collaborations and LinkedIn tagging to specifically grow brand awareness among target audiences.
A key initiative was transforming lead generation by developing a program-focused pocket guide. This guide launched in May with its own dedicated landing page and website pop-up, demonstrating an initial conversion rate of 0.8%.
Tangible Results After 6 Months of Implementation:
Within the first month of the pocket guide launch, it generated 48 sign-ups, 6 applications, and 1 enrollee.
Comparing application data from Dec 2024-May 2025 to May-Nov 2024, overall applications increased by 26%.
The quality of applicants significantly improved: the “Not a Fit” rate decreased from 17.4% to 9.3%.
Crucially, the latter 6-month period (Dec 2024-May 2025) saw more good fit applicants than the total number of applicants in the preceding six months.
